On Stress

With scientific understanding, musical interludes, and personal reflection, our youth are talking about **stress** – the short-term and long-term effects it has on the body and mind, the experience of growing up in a divisive time and feeling overwhelmed with stress and despair, and how we can work together to manage it. Coming of Age Service

Our Coming of Age Service is presented every three years. This year, we hear from 20 QUUF youth, ages 11-13. Introduced by their QUUF adult mentors, we hear a Credo Statement written by each youth as a culmination of an eight-month journey together.

At 9:15 we hear from: Sam Carlson, Emillia Nunn, Aiden Murney, Sam Lampert, Chloe Lampert, Rosy Crecca, Jeannette Patric, Holden Kenworthy, Indigo Casad and Noah Fiske.

Living Life With Openness and Acceptance

Our own youth take the reins to give their take on openness and acceptance. Poetry, music, and musings shared by Annika Carlson, Davis Tyler, Chance Bates, Cece Magee, Liv Crecca, Rhayne Bates and Kaya Wiant are sure to provide some food for thought on what we all have to focus on in times of difficulty. How does David Bowie personify these values? Come on Sunday to find out and learn more.

This year’s YRUU Youth Group members are: Annika Davis, Davis Tyler, Chance Bates, Cece Magee, Liv Crecca, Rhayne Bates and Kaya Wiant. Advisors are: Beau Ohlgren (staff), Jean Walat, Gary Forbes & Andrew Fiske.
