There is a time for a divisive spirit in a community. This spirit, paradoxically, may be a healing spirit, like a fever that causes a rise in temperature to burn out what no longer serves the body. Today we’ll explore fiery transformations and the creative possibilities they may offer.

Victoria Poling is a Unitarian Universalist Minister whose call to ministry includes Spiritual Direction and environmental justice advocacy. Her interfaith ministry has included hospice chaplaincy and community engagement with liberal Christian churches. She currently serves on the Board of Directors at Earth Ministry/WA Interfaith Power & Light. Victoria lives in Kent, WA on traditional Muckleshoot territories in the Green River watershed. She enjoys the music of life with her partner David, four cats, a violin, a guitar, and a piano.
