Our congregation has a proud history. And there is much more to be done as we embark on a new phase in our congregational journey. While QUUF has grown its membership over the years, financial support has lagged our ambitions. When compared to other UU congregations, the support of our professional staff also comes up short. QUUF’s transition to a new governance model offers a path forward to address our common shortcomings and explore potential yet to be tapped. At stake is nothing less than a resilient and sustainable beloved community
