In order to be trusted, we must make ourselves trustworthy. One way we do that is to bear witness to those around us who have had different lives, accepting and believing their stories, and offering an empathy that honors and values our different life experiences. CB will share about the spiritual practice of bearing witness and trusting others to bear witness to us.

CB Beal (they/them) is a religious educator and consultant who specializes in facilitating learning experiences that involve issues of marginalization, oppression, and privilege, helping people hold the complexities of our lives in perspective as we co-create a safe[r] brave[r] space within which people can learn and grow.
