BYLAWS ARTICLE X. BYLAW AMENDMENTS AND BYLAW REVISIONS

Section 2 PERIODIC REVIEW OF BYLAWS:

The Board shall cause these bylaws to be reviewed at least every seven (7) years by appointing a Bylaws Committee composed of at least three members, one of whom may be a Board member. The Bylaws (Review) Committee shall make a written report to the Board as requested.
